Blessings of Peace Kin Kin. Thank you Sane and Reverent Allies of Living, Loving Light.

A saying that a former teacher told the class I attended on Thursday nights back in the early 90's has been coming to mind a lot the last while. It was...

"The sins of omission sometime outweigh the sins of commission."

Dunno if that means anything to anybody yet... I know. I know. It's all very hush hush.

Cheers!

Thank you Sane and Reverent Allies of Living, Loving Light. Blessings of Peace Kin Kin.

I’m still exuding loads of thanks and gratitude as we finish up this Chinese year of the White Rabbit. I’m doing my best to maintain steady exuberance, yet it’s tough at times and feels a bit Shirley Temple. I’m forever steady though. Being a human turtle helps in that respect. Phew! Run rabbit! Run!

I’m pretty psyched – Okay, okay… exuberant… about this coming semester. I’ve got a great course load or so it seems as it begins. One professor’s enthusiasm is contagious. I’m composting the math dread I have, and to be honest I’m not going overboard with any of it.

I wrote earlier that “Time Management,” feels like the biggest challenge I face. I’m sure I’m off the mark seeing how my moon is “Directors of a large firm meet in secret conference.” ACK!!!

Thank you Sane and Reverent Allies of Living, Loving Light. Blessings of Peace Kin Kin.

Merry Christmas! Hope you all had a winter solstice to remember.

So much thanks and gratitude! I don’t know if I’ll ever get out of my first and second chakras, yet I intend to. What can I say? I’ve always loved what I love and there’s no denying IT.

School is school. It feels right and I’m somehow getting through it but it’s kind of freaky because I have a major case of “PROCRASTINITIS.” Managing “time” is the biggest challenge for me or feels like it is.

You might gather I work with two counting system besides 24/7 clock time. I call it the ID system, or maybe it's just id with nothing super about IT, though IT gets around. This coming new year, 2012, Dreamspell mutates in February. Since I’m dealing with a highly mutable virus, I’m working with the ID system. Know thyself and … Phew!!! That seems like info overload.

Such “interesting” times we live in. Dr. Fu Manchu must have cursed the world.

Wow! So... I intend to work on time management this upcoming year because the course load I’m engaging is going to start to bowl me over.

So much thanks and gratitude.

Thank you for the tunes and the books.

Thank you for this time with family and friends.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

May the Force be with you.

Blessings of Peace Kin Kin. Thank you Sane and Reverent Allies of Living, Loving Light.

Happy Independence Day to all you American's. I thought I'd start with a bit of humor. I found this the other day when responding to a greeting card from a friend.

I withdrew from summer school on the last day of withdrawal. It was a total surprise on my part and now I find myself visiting my folks in North Carolina in an overdrive of crocheting hats. I intend to visit other family while I'm over here, though I don't yet know how it's all going to work out. I'm kind of excited.

I'm looking forward to the fall semester. I'm getting closer and closer to beginning classes in my major which is computer science. I still have some math to get out of the way before I can actually begin coding, and... Check out zeitgeistmovie.com for some eye opening information.

Wow! So much to write about that I wonder where to begin. The semester is over. I begin summer school in a few weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to get some required courses out of the way and will begin courses in my major come fall.

In some ways this semester was a nexus of information streams and it almost bowled me over. The first thing that happened was I learned about the "technological singularity" The "technological singularity refers to the hypothesis that technological progress will become extremely fast, and so make the future unpredictable and qualitatively different from today." Check out the article on wikipedia for an overview.

Around the same time as finding out about the technological singularity, I finished reading The 12th Planet by Zecharia Sitchin. Basically in the book Sitchin purposes that humanity is a genetic creation of a mix of humanoid earth stock with alien (Anunnaki,) gene's. We were created to mine gold for them. Yes, out there... but it's given me much to think on.

I began reading the Sitchin material because of reading The Book of Knowledge: The Keyes of Enoch, by JJ Hurtak. The Enoch book is huge tome about Yahweh and his plan. It's a blend of science and religion reading like a grand science fiction epic. On page 163 of the Enoch book the last sentence of paragraph 59 reads "(In the larger program of redemption it must be realized that space and time do not exist.)" This got my attention as I verge on monomania in relation to the time graph. The time graph is a 2 dimensional representation of time. It can just as well be read 3 dimensionally as well.

The third thing that tied into this nexus was learning of the March 23, 2011 death of Jose Argüelles on April 8, 2011. For some reason the information sent me into a funk of sorts. I've always considered him an ally though we had never met. I consider him an ally on the other side now.

Have begun The Stairway to Heaven which is the second book in the series and I intend to read all of his Earth Chronicles books to see what all he has to say.

A scattered re-entry...as in no nice wrap ups.

Cheers!

Dude is Whacked...

Thursday-Wednesday, February 2, 2011

Blessings of Peace Kin Kin. Thank you Sane and Reverent Allies of Living, Loving Light.

Happy Groundhog Day! If the superstition holds true then spring will be early this year! Sounds good to me.

We had a snow day here in Las Cruces, so I've been catching up on the reading for the history class I'm taking, One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. I'm thoroughly enjoying the read. Hopefully, I'll be able to figure out a paper for it this weekend to tie it into the wars for independence in Latin America.

I keep hoping to hear back about the ethanol folks that supposedly "do" ethanol here in Las Cruces, but then maybe it's all a ruse. Wouldn't be the first time I've been hoodwinked.

Somebody is starting to read this journal. How weird. I figured it was just easy to access data for the future. The one thing about writing is that it's much easier to scan for information unlike audio or video. Yet if one has access to written as well as audio and visual data... Yeah, this is going somewhere.

A couple of weeks ago somebody mentioned "psychotonic warfare" in a message while I was still working with facebook. So I Googled it and Yahoo'd it and it's pretty out there. Not that "out there" perplexes me. I figured the weird phenomena I've experienced since the 1990's had to do with nanotechnology, and maybe it does. The guy who mentioned "psychotronic warfare" never replied but then I sent him and his lover a pretty out there email and I was all ready picking up some fairly negative vibes from the boyfriend...so not surprised.

Today, I found a short NPR interview with Gloria Naylor, author of The Women of Brewster's Place which was made into a mini-series by Oprah Winfrey. You can listen to it here. The interview is about her book, 1996, which tells her story about this "psychotronic" phenomena. If you want, Google "psychotronic warfare," and you can read for yourself the "out there" claims regarding this technology. And it is pretty "out there."

I've always thought the weirdness I experience/sense is nanotechnology because I feel like I have a camera in my head. As I take some very tailored cocktails, I figured the nanocams were in them. Maybe it is "psychotronic hoo ha." Whatever it is, I'm sure the ratings are down these days.

The following is from "The Jamaican Letter" by Simon Bolivar. It's paraphrased at times yet I found it so resonant with our age.

“Americans today, and perhaps to a greater extent than ever before, who live within the...system occupy a position in society no better than that of serfs destined for labor, or at best they have no more status than that of mere consumers.” “Is it not an outrage and a violation of human rights to expect a land so splendidly endowed, so vast, rich and populous, to remain merely passive?”

From the foregoing, [I]…draw [this] conclusion. [This] American…[is] fighting for his freedom, and [I intend to] succeed.”

When success is not assured, when the state is weak, and when results are distantly seen, all men hesitate; opinion is divided, passions rage, and the enemy fans these passions in order to win an easy victory because of them. As soon as we are strong and under the guidance of a liberal [mind] which will lend us [its] protection, we will achieve accord in cultivating the virtues and talents that lead to glory. Then will we march majestically toward that great prosperity for which [humankind] is destined.” Simon Bolivar, “The Jamaican Letter.”

This was the bulk of a paper I wrote for the history class I'm taking. It, more than anything else in the textbook, got my mind whirling. Yowsas!!! I'm guessing I'll get a pretty sucky grade because the rest of the paper was ughhh... Oh well, keep at it. Just keep at it.

I intend to get to "All this has happened before. All this will happen again," which is actually the first line of Disney's "Peter Pan" but BSG is what really got me wondering.

Cheers!

Fracking Veracity...

Thursday-Tuesday, February 1, 2011

Blessings of Peace Kin Kin. Thank you Sane and Reverent Allies of Living, Loving Light.

The GasLand movie has got me stressing. Whew! Today I was wondering about its veracity. Ya know, the truth factor. Anyway, from the Gasland site...

The Truth Behind Gasland
Gasland is going a long way in spreading public awareness about gas drilling and the risks it poses on human and environmental health. Nationwide response to the film has been overwhelmingly positive. The Oil and Gas Industry's response: not so enthusiastic.

"Energy-In-Depth" is a PR Firm/Lobbying Group funded by the American Petroleum Institute. They are putting a misleading spin on information in Gasland to soothe and silence public curiosity about gas drilling.

The work of Energy-In-Depth lacks journalistic credibility and educated opinion. It's nothing short of an attack on truth. For public interest, we’ve prepared a response to their self-serving claims on gas drilling. Click here to learn more and pass along to friends.

As I'm dealing with less then shining time management skills and then some, writing here is not my high on my priority list. I do intend to  post when I can or something just has to be put out here.

Cheers!

What the Frack!

Thursday-Sunday, January 30, 2011

Blessings of Peace Kin Kin. Thank you Sane and Reverent Allies of Living, Loving Light.

Just heard about Josh Fox from Caroline Casey's latest radio show. He's made a movie about hydraulic fracturing. Here's a quote from the site http://www.gaslandthemovie.com/.  Click on "Drilling Areas" for video clips from all over the states about different effects from hydraulic fracturing.

How does hydraulic fracturing work?
Hydraulic fracturing or fracking is a means of natural gas extraction employed in deep natural gas well drilling. Once a well is drilled, millions of gallons of water, sand and proprietary chemicals are injected, under high pressure, into a well. The pressure fractures the shale and props open fissures that enable natural gas to flow more freely out of the well.

You can view the movie here for the time being http://www.wisevid.com/gate-way?v=8A_xguxqd_99.

Here's an interview Jon Stewart did with T. Boone Pickens, an American financier who chairs the hedge fund BP Capital Management. Mr. Pickens advocates fracking. Apparently, Mr. Pickens hasn't seen any of the footage from GasLand. Again, go to http://www.gaslandthemovie.com/. and click on "Drilling Areas" for the video clips. Check out the Colorado clip.

The Stewart interview is 22 minutes. I can't believe Jon is...

A Bungle of a Day...

Thursday-Wednesday, January 19, 2011

Blessings of Peace Kin Kin. Thank you Sane and Reverent Allies of Living, Loving Light.

What a twit! Hardly after I posted the previous entry...I found myself responding to THREE ads on Craigslist. One was really interesting. The other two were corn dog material for sure. C'est la vie! And then - get this... This AM, I missed the bus to campus so came home to study what I was missing in math class. Then, I la la la back to the bus stop on time, (for the bus anyway,) and realize I've missed my second class, the one I feel might really help with this time graph. Jeez, I am making no points with the instructors, not to mention my grade. Aghhh!!!

On a lighter note, I heard back from the folks that might introduce me to the Ethanol folks. I'm hoping to be working with them, and still be able to pull this all off. Yikes!!!

I'll end here with the latest ditty I posted over at ravelfrnjweaver.wordpress.com.  Cheers!
